Here's Billy swallowing some of the 'bread' - little does he know that although it looks like bread, it isn't yet cooked. This results in a very bloated Billy Goat.

How do you make a character look like it's swallowing something? I've tilted the head back, shown an Adam's apple (I wonder if Goats really have them?) and closed Billy's eyes. The word 'GULP' will appear above his nose in capitals too. In the book this illustration is placed on a green background which sets off the blue of his coat nicely.
